2.3 Service Availability

Our services are currently available in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. We are actively expanding to other cities across India. Service availability may vary by location and is subject to partner availability.

2.4 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

5. Payment Terms

Sylonow, our logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Sylonow. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

7. User Content

You may submit content to our platform, including reviews, photos, and feedback. By submitting content, you grant Sylonow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media.

• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Contain defamatory, obscene, or offensive material

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

11.3 Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will try to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice.
