2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Service was cancelled by Sylonow
  • Booking was cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time
  • Service quality did not meet the agreed specifications
  • Technical issues prevented service delivery

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact our support team within 7 days of the service date
  • Provide your booking confirmation number
  • Explain the reason for your refund request
  • Include any supporting documentation or photos if applicable

4. Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled time
  • No-shows without prior notice
