1. Pricing Structure

Sylonow maintains transparent pricing for all decoration services and private theatre experiences. All prices displayed on our platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

2. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
UPI Payments
Net Banking
Digital Wallets (PayTM, PhonePe, Google Pay)

3. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email and SMS with your booking details and receipt.

4. Price Changes

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, once a booking is confirmed, the price will not be affected by subsequent changes.

5. Invoicing

GST-compliant invoices are generated for all transactions. Invoices are sent to your registered email address and can also be downloaded from your account.
