1. Account Deletion Process

If you wish to delete your Sylonow account, you can do so through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Once initiated, the deletion process cannot be reversed.

2. What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you delete your account, the following will occur:

Your profile and personal information will be permanently removed from our systems
Your content, including posts, comments, and uploads will be deleted
Your search history and activity logs will be removed
Your account will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to access our services
Your username will become available for other users after a grace period

3. Data Retention Period

Most of your personal data will be deleted within 30 days of your account deletion request. However, some data may be retained for legal, security, or legitimate business purposes, such as preventing fraud or complying with legal obligations.

4. Information We Retain

We may retain the following information even after account deletion:

Records required to comply with legal obligations
Anonymous usage data that cannot be linked back to you
Backup copies stored in our secure archives (these are not accessible to others)

5. How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account in one of the following ways:

Go to Account Settings → Privacy → Delete Account
Contact us at info@sylonow.com with your account email and deletion request
Use the account deletion option in our mobile app settings

6. Confirmation of Deletion

Once your account deletion request is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 30 days for the complete removal of all your data from our systems.
