Vendors receive customer data strictly for service fulfillment.

Vendors SHALL NOT:

However:

• No system is 100% secure
• The Company disclaims liability for breaches beyond control

Vendors may request:

However, the Company may refuse where:

The Company reserves the right to:

Vendor consents to such transfer.
