4.2 Any issues regarding service quality, delays, or non-performance shall be resolved directly between User and Vendor.

  • May assist at its sole discretion without liability

5. Exception (Limited and Discretionary)

5.1 In rare cases, the Company may, at its sole discretion:

  • Facilitate communication
  • Provide partial credits or adjustments

5.2 Such actions:

6. Payment Failures

6.1 In case of failed transactions where payment is deducted but booking is not confirmed, Users must contact the payment provider.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

7.1 Users agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting the Company.

7.2 In case of unjustified chargebacks, the Company reserves the right to:

  • Recover damages and costs

8. Force Majeure

8.1 No refunds shall be provided for cancellations due to:

By making a booking, You:
